The movie everyone is talking about In the works since the first bit of footage was shot on New Year's Eve of 2001, this film is all creativity. In a funny, very entertaining way, with an engaging storyline about Wendy, Grandma Sylvia, Ramona and Rasputin, this movie explores complex subjects of philosophy, psychology & goal-setting, and uncovers unconditional yet relatively simple ways to end violence in the world. Everything was done in reverse in this project.. we shot and edited the movie, then wrote the script.
Silvana Vienne (aka The Baklava Fairy) is an actress, singer and writer from Greece. Her Grandma Sylvia made the best baklava in the planet, and this movie was inspired by and dedicated to her. Silvana also paints, and much of her work was recently featured for two months at the Starbucks Malibu, near the Colony. Silvana sang at the Ritz-Carlton on New Year's Eve on the Grand Piano, her original song "BEIRUT" (aka Kittykat's Beirut) and she is excited to be working with Andrew Hugger of Heresun Management and Agent Phil Brock this year. Silvana is the Original Veggie Girl. Picking up a basic camera as a fluke on December 30, 2001, this movie has been evolving & developing for seven years. It is now baked just right! Silvana has studied and worked in New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and London. This movie was shot mostly in Manhattan and in Princeton, New Jersey.
