Food Blogger Heidi Swanson’s follow up to her first cookbook Super Natural Cooking is Super Natural Everyday which, much like the first book, offers beautiful photographs and easy to follow recipes but this time finds its niche in combining these things with a focus on her favorite quick and easy go-to recipes. Beginning with a quick guide on how Heidi understands ‘natural’ in regards to food she continues on to explain the ingredients she loves and how they lend themselves to healthier recipes. Despite following this mantra Heidi is never pretentious or preachy and her recipes run the gamut from lemon zested bulgar wheat and green lentil soup to buttermilk cake, and harissa ravioli.
